Pizza Go Go Gillingham

I ordered Pizza when i was on my way to home. When i reached at restaurant and ask for my order they are saying """*sorry we dont have your order. From which number you called us?? Call us again from that number."""" Service is too much bad. I'm also attaching pictures of call log. And ones i was late to pickup my order at that time i took my order too cold and now he is saying wait again to remake.

genuinely the best Pizza gogo around. Me and my partner have tried numerous pizza gogo places and the Gillingham branch takes the cake… or shall i say pizza in this case LOL! We phoned up as we was worried that our burger sauce top was going to be left out of our delivery (we both LOVE burger sauce) and the gentleman on the phone was amazing and said he would give us extra extra extra extra EXTRA burger sauce. We never doubted him. We received our order from the usual delivery driver and as per usual, it was the greatest interaction with any driver i have ever had. The poor man was delivering our pizza at around 12:47am but every single time he is so happy and pleasant to be around, even complementing our slipknot shirt! Once we got back to my room and opened up that gorgeous red box… there it was.. the BEST pizza gogo we have ever had in our life. everything was so fresh as it only took 19 minutes from when we made that first phone call for it to arrive at my door! The perfect amount of toppings and they accommodated well to our needs. The perfect store who values customer service the most over any other pizza gogo. The employee we had was named Nick and when we phoned up today to ask his name, he was working again! Honestly, give the man a raise alongside the delivery driver. No complaints.

We have been having the issue where the dip was put in hot pizza box which bust inside every time and did not change even after calling the branch couple of times but this time I wrote in notes and they have provided dips in separate bag which is an improvement. The quality of pizza is not consistent and differs every order and some times we get warm pizza rather than hot pizza due to delays in delivery. Need to provide customers tailored special offers for customers to be feel valued and gives a personalised touch for customers and feel valued as customers which is not provided by Pizza Go Go.

Pizza GoGo in Medway was always better than Dominoes and Papa John's in the area, but it's not been as good of late... Maybe a change of ownership or supplier but it's definitely lost quality. Unfortunately, they also do the same thing every time no matter how many times you request them not to... Please Pizza GoGo... STOP putting sauces in the pizza boxes, they get too hot in transit and explode every single time !!! Put them in a bag or something so that people who don't like the sauces don't end up with pizza covered in it just getting delivered 👎🏽

Absolutely disgusting 3x I’ve been given raw pizza from there shop they need to be visited by the food agency they are atrocious and disgusting customer service don’t go to pizza gogo Gillingham go to supper pizza Chatham! There response on the phone today was we can’t do nothing it was a new chef but you didn’t call yesterday so we won’t do nothing I will file a refund with my bank. Due to I called them soon as I got home there phone was just ringing out. If you don’t want food poisoning avoid here at all costs! The worst halal Muslim shop in Medway as a Muslim I have a right to say that!

I bought a pizza, went home, opened the box, and found a hair on one of the slices. Disgusting. I tried calling the shop for over 15 minutes and rang multiple times — no one answered. If they had picked up, this could have been sorted, but clearly they don’t care about customers. The taste was just "okay," but hygiene is a joke here. If you care about cleanliness or customer service, do NOT order from this place. Absolute waste of money and time.

I ordered my daughter a pizza told me be half hour 45 minutes hour and a half later after two more calls finally arrived cold. I get your busy but dont give a time and turn up way past that handing over stone cold food.
