Visited this Pepe’s branch today for my burfday dinner. As expected like other Pepe’s restaurants the food was of great quality and very tasty . . Dining in experience was a little different as is much smaller inside compared to others. However , the customer service was 10/10 and even made the time to bring your meal to the table with a happy face . Only issue was delivery drivers sitting in the dining area which made me unsure at first if they were customers or drivers . So that felt a bit odd. But overall an excellent meal and will be back again .

friendly staff, speedy service and clean place. I ordered chicken loaded fries and piri piri fries, both of which were tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed them. I’d definitely return. Would recommend anyone to try this place for best piri piri chicken.

Had a really good experience at Pepe’s! The food was delicious, fresh and full of flavour. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and everything tasted amazing. The service was also excellent — the staff were friendly, polite and attentive. Overall, great food and great service. Definitely recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve tried many branches of this restaurant in Edinburgh and Glasgow, but this one was by far the best! The food was delicious and fresh, and everything was prepared with great care. The place is quiet and very clean, and the service was excellent—I didn’t have to wait long at all. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered extra to take home. My favorite dish is the chicken rice flavour lemon herb I highly recommend trying it! This branch is definitely worth a visit

This was my first time using this Pepe’s store, and unfortunately the attitude of the staff really let it down. I placed a fairly large order online and drove 20 minutes to collect it. When I arrived, I politely asked the gentleman behind the counter if the order had been checked and whether everything was definitely there. He confidently assured me that it was. When I got home, part of the order was missing. I called the store and spoke to the "manager" to explain the issue. He said they could send the missing items out, but I explained there was no point as the rest of the meal would go cold, so I asked for a partial refund instead. He put me on hold for about 30 seconds, and then someone else came on the phone claiming they had checked the CCTV and could see the missing items had been packed. There is no way CCTV was reviewed properly in less than a minute. I then asked if I could come to the store so they could show me the footage they were referring to, but they refused. It was clear that a member of staff was not being honest. Very disappointing customer service, and I won’t be using this store again. I’d suggest employing staff who are willing to treat customers honestly and respectfully.

I like piri, but the interaction with the staff ruins everything. Once again, I had trouble understanding my order. When I ordered a dish, the gentleman didn't understand, and I got something different. And once again, I have to come home to explain the wings. Go to Broxburn, you'll get better service.

Ordered on just eat. Food arrived with in 45 minutes which was within the time scale given and food was still hot and well packaged. I ordered a burrito and chimichurri chips and have 0 complaints. Food was really good and tasty. The spice is definitely there also 😮‍💨 (I ordered hot) the chips are really tasty as well and were not stale as other reviews have mentioned. My partner ordered a chicken and rice box (mild) and he said it was still really spicy. He said the chimichurri chips were fantastic and he enjoyed the chicken and rice but did say there was too much rice in comparison to chicken and he had to leave a lot of the rice as it was pretty plain (hence why it’s only 4 stars) I will say £28 for 2 meals is a bit wild especially when one is a very small portion of chicken and mostly rice but we enjoyed it regardless and would probably order again to try something else.
