Called in over the weekend to purchase some pork pies for the lads at the Ingram Arms (Hatfield) - they were well pleased with them... superb filling and pastry...really good quality. The shop was spotless and really busy which tells you what you need to know.. I will be back as it looks like Vodden's may be in this year Pork Pie finals....

Stopped buying out meat from supermarkets about a month ago and getting it from voddens instead. Wouldn't dream of going back. Are we spending more? Ever so slightly. Is the quality better? Its on a complete other level. Support your local butchers! 👌 P.s best sausages ive ever had in my life!

Highly recommended, family butchers. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. All their produce is top quality and locally sourced. Full carcase meat so if they don't have it on display Steve or Tom will cut whatever you want. Way better than supermarkets and nearly always cheaper.

My missus bought X2 ribeye steaks today 6/10/2025 and my god they were epic...succulent .... So tasty and just awesome value for money .Could not recommend enough!! I have pics if I could upload to show just how immense . Similar if not cheaper in price per KG than most supermarkets and the comparison in taste next to none!! Support local and get the best . Wow ..wait until our return .

The queues say it all. Its Christmas and folks are queueing around the block. A real butchers shop, selling good quality meat. I absolutely love the home made sausages.

Went to the butchers again and got one of those Made meals we’ve had the beef and black bean sauce. We’ve had the pepperoni chicken and now we have just had the hunters chicken they are to die for far better than certain supermarkets credit to you. The meal was amazing. I truly recommend them.
