Zizzi - Richmond

Went into a comfortable atmosphere, with plenty of seating. We started with Bruchetta which was very tasty. I ordered the spicy pasta which was delicious and my sister the pizza, though it looked massive it was surprisingly and easy to finish 😆 Service was slow because though the waitress was fantastic she was on her own. Maybe because it was the lull period.

It was our first time visiting Zizzi in Richmond, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, and a nice touch was that they brought us a complimentary snack alongside our ordered drinks, which made a great first impression. We had a bit of a wait—around 45 minutes for the food—which felt slightly slow, but the quality of the dishes definitely made up for it. Everything we ordered was delicious and well presented. The chicken pizza in particular was excellent 👌, perfectly cooked with great flavour and a nice balance of toppings. Another highlight was that after registering on the Zizzi app, we received a code that allowed us to get a main course for just £1, which was a fantastic deal and made the visit even better. To finish, after paying the bill, we were pleasantly surprised when they treated us to a small complimentary shot of hot chocolate, a really thoughtful and memorable gesture. Overall, despite the slightly slow service, the food quality, friendly atmosphere, and little extras made this a great first visit. We’ll definitely be coming back!

came here for the free food with my italian passport and the service was amazing! i got a margherita with mushrooms and it was once of the best pizzas ever! the waiter, Roland, was extremely helpful with letting me know that they do the offer for the free food. plus the pizza came super fast, thank you!

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere at Zizzi Richmond felt warm, welcoming and full of charm. The manager Roland was incredibly friendly and the staff attentive. Service was smooth, with genuine care. The food was absolutely delicious! And beautifully presented dishes. Definitely i will come back to again and again.

Popped in for dinner and had a lovely evening! Had the ‘sticky pork’ pizza which was delicious, and I get to look forward to the second half for lunch tomorrow! Lovely atmosphere and Roland my server was extremely kind and attentive. Excellent service. Thank you so much, I will be back! ❤️
