A small restaurant that could easily be overlooked, but one that’s absolutely worth discovering. Every aspect of the experience was excellent — the service was fast, friendly, and welcoming, and the food was genuinely delicious. Started with the sharing platter, followed by the lamb koobideh, which was perfectly cooked and wonderfully succulent. For dessert, I had the beautifully presented chocolate brownie along with a refreshing pineapple and pear smoothie, both of which were excellent. The only minor downside was that I would have loved a slightly more extensive dessert menu. That said, it was still a fantastic dining experience overall, and I’ll definitely be returning.

I ordered takeaway from Crystal Restaurant in Croydon for the first time, and I was genuinely impressed. We chose the mix kebab for 4 people, and everything was absolutely delicious. Each kebab had its own unique flavour, and somehow every single one tasted even better than the last. The meat was tender, perfectly cooked, beautifully seasoned, and full of flavour. The portion size was generous, the quality was outstanding, and the whole meal felt fresh and carefully prepared. Having tried many Persian restaurants across London and the surrounding areas, I can honestly say Crystal Restaurant is a level above the rest. The quality, taste, and overall experience were exceptional. This was my first order, but it definitely will not be my last. Highly recommended to anyone looking for authentic and high-quality Persian food.

This place is a true gem. Delicious food, well seasoned and so fresh. Succulent lamb, some of the best I've ever had. This place is a cut above the rest. It's also very affordable. The service was fantastic, they were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

For many years, I’ve been exploring and tasting dishes from different countries and cultures, and I can confidently say that Crystal Restaurant in Croydon, London is one of the best Persian restaurants I’ve ever been to — not just in London, but anywhere. The flavors of the dishes, the beautiful plate presentation, the warm and friendly staff and management, the top-quality food, and the freshly baked traditional bread are all outstanding. I highly recommend it — definitely pay this place a visit!

The food is simply gorgeous, very well presented and authentic. friendly welcoming service. Nice relaxing restuarant. But the food and price is a total winner. Croydon is almost not worthy of such a gem.
