Ordered as a family, but the order turned up wrong . Chicken kebab with no salad and sauce and one pizza missing . This is about the third time it’s happened , but not complained before . We called them and had to wait 40 mins for the rest of the order . We Couldn’t eat together as a family and the chicken kebab was tough and cold by the time the salad and sauce turned up so that went in the bin . Customer service is awful , tried to speak to the manager , but he couldn’t be bothered to come to the phone and just got the poor lady who takes the orders to say "you had the food , so we won’t do anything about it " but can offer a discount next time … no way will we be ordering again … Customer service is non existent, pizza is greasy , chicken shish is dry , chips are under cooked and they can’t get the order right. This was an order of over £50. Defo won’t be returning and definitely don’t recommend… save your money !! 😩

Ordered a fairly big order 2 X 19inch pizza’s Chicken shish kebab And curly fries with cheese Order turned up completely wrong one pizza pepperoni no salad or sauce with kebab and was cold!!! Rang back told they would replace what was sent out wrong. So we got salad and sauce for a now cold kebab and one pizza not only turned up cold waited nearly 40 mins for the replacement. Management had no interest and was told only that an offer of a discount on next order…… don’t take a rocket scientist to work out that I won’t be ordering from here again! Service puts me well off alone!!! Avoid avoid avoid! Such a shame!!

Me and My 5 year old have Pizza Thursday, This is the first and last time , Pizza is shocking, My boy would not touch it, it looked awful and tasted the same! Awful, these people have no idea what Pizza is, No stars as food went in the bin, £30 quid wasted,

Ordered 5 pizzas & some chicken strips side last night. Everyone said the nicest pizza and best chicken strips ever. So fresh and absolutely perfect. Will never go back to any other place now. Highly recommended.

Absolutely shocking experience from Pizza 38 — and since your staff told us to "leave a Google review", here it is. We placed a straightforward family order for six people. It was read back and confirmed: 19-inch half-and-half thin crust, 19-inch Hawaiian, cheesy twisted fries, and a chicken kebab with separate salad and sauce. What turned up? No Hawaiian pizza. No salad. No sauce. An incomplete order that meant half the meal was missing. We called, and to be fair, they said they’d resend the missing items. What they didn’t mention was the 40-minute delay, by which point half of us had already eaten. Completely pointless and ruined the whole reason for ordering together. Then comes the worst part — the attitude. When we called to complain, we were brushed off with a pathetic offer of a "discount next time", as if we’d ever make the mistake of ordering again. When we refused, the situation went downhill fast. The manager refused to come to the phone, and we were told: "You’ve got the food now, so what’s the problem?" That response is honestly embarrassing for any business on £50+ order. Let’s be clear: • You got the order wrong • You took ages to fix it • You ruined a family meal • And then acted like we were the problem Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. Zero care. If this is how you treat paying customers, you seriously need to rethink running a business at all. Plenty of other takeaways nearby actually deliver what you order and know how to speak to people properly. This isn’t one of them. Avoid at all costs.
