Magic Chippy

Very disappointing experience. I ordered large chips and sausage, but the chips were not large, all broken, and soggy like leftovers. When I called, the person was very rude and seemed aware of the issue. It was a waste of money and ruined our dinner. I ended up cooking the chips again.

Stopped in to get a portion of chips again. The chips were very tasty, well cooked, dry and not oily, they had a nice crisp texture to them. 😀 Just the way I like my chips👍😋😋 A bit of a tricky place to stop and park, but I suppose you could park in the Aldi car park slightly opposite to Magic chip shop👍 We had ours in a box and ate them on our walk, lovely😀👍 Their menu was quite extensive and you could chose some kebab style food too.

Excellent food, cooked fresh to order......worth waiting for! A great selection to suit most tastes, all served by a friendly team.

When the boss/owner is there the food is fantastic. Had a slight issue, I arrived at the shop @10:10 and all the machines were turned off and had to wait 30 + minutes for food and cold pie and chips… However… The Magic kebab was awesome and they cooked fresh Fish cakes when asked.

Had cod chips and battered sausage and onion rings delivered by deliveroo. No problem with delivery. But the food was sub standard the chips tasted rewarmed never had such dry chips. The battered sausage I did not like, very bland. I ate three chips and one bite of the sausage then it went in the bin. Onion rings okay. Cod large piece but my husband said it was nothing special. He will eat most things. Would not recommend

Rude server, and owner , met with absolute disgraceful customer service What an awful dinner , batter was soggy and undercooked, chips soggy and old and very cold , the skin tore away from the potato , curry sauce came out in a big clump of jelly , fish was rubbery and overcooked , who runs this place, doubt they will survive , took photos of me and the car when we questioned our meal we had taken back , avoid ?!!!’ Should also be inspected for having underage workers there kid behind the till must of been maximum 12 yrs old
