He esperado una hora y media para que me trajeran el pedido el cual ya estaba pagado, cuando llamo me dicen que no hay repartidores y que no me lo pueden traer ni cancelar y me cuelgan el teléfono. Vuelvo a llamar dos veces más y no me vuelven a coger el teléfono. Me dejan sin cenar y no me dan ninguna solución ni explicación. Una vergüenza Respondiendo a tu contestación no fue glovo quien me colgó el teléfono y no me lo volvió a coger sin ni siquiera darme una solución o decirme que me iba a devolver lo que ya había pagado o pedir una disculpa que creo que eso es lo mínimo. Pero por lo que veo sí que tiene tiempo a contestar a una mala reseña porque esto sí que lo ve la gente e intenta quedar bien. Así que no tengo nada más que hablar, solo he contado mi experiencia que creo que tengo derecho y hay que saber tratar a la gente con respeto y no colgar la llamada y pasar de todo.
