Rolls @ Roys

Inedible breakfast. Ordered 2 x large breakfast with extras to give to the kids. However, when the breakfast came it was cold, not even lukewarm.. it was cold! Ordered at 10:24 and finally arrived at 12:01. The black pudding was as dry as cardboard (see attached). Bacon was extremely fatty, more fat than actual bacon and they had the cheek to pull that off as an extra slice (80p). Egg was way over cooked. See photos for All. I called the shop regarding missing items, to hear another person say "too busy to send them out". I was offered a refund as too busy, then told they would send them out but cannot give me any time as they are too busy.. opted for refund.. then cheek to tell me "we will bring then out, don’t want ur child to starve". I am disappointed as I’ve been here a few times but today was just a disgrace. If I were in their cafe I’d have sent it back instantly. Refund for whole breakfast was requested.

Waited 2 hours for a delivery, some of the order was missing and the food was inedible. Paid £38 for this…

Absolute shocker between this place and just eat. 25 quid in the bin. Collected 3 breakfasts, everyone of them totally wrong, only half the items and everything burnt. phoned and they said they would get new ones made and sent out right away. Still hadn't arrived an hour later, I stay 5 mins away. Phoned and told them not to send anything and I would just request a refund. Despite the terrible quality and half of it missing Just Eat have refused a refund as I collected from the store.

Ordered a couple rolls and a coffee to go. Both were so good. Generous portion size and very reasonable price

Popped in this wee place for a morning roll ended up with a wrap, wee breaky wrap with 6 items, friendly staff nice wee venue with a toilet nice and clean happy staff and scran was class aswell. As you'll see below wrap toasted filled with breaky items was lush 😎
