Absolutely Terrible Experience Every Time This laundromat is a complete nightmare. First off, only some of the machines accept card payments, and of course, those are always taken. The rest require coins—which almost nobody uses anymore—so they sit empty while people are stuck waiting forever for the few card machines. But the real problem? The machines regularly just TAKE YOUR MONEY and do NOTHING. No wash, no dry—just gone. And guess what? When you try to call the number they provide for issues, the line is never available. It’s like they know people will complain and just don’t care. I have to use this place three times a week for my business, and it's honestly a huge source of stress. I’ve lost count of how much money I’ve thrown away here. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, or sanity.

Very easy to use laundry service, they have contactless so very convenient. People running the business are also very friendly.

I am highlighting 1 star due to the filthiness of the place, there was old clothes and shoes around the place, rubbish on the floor, it smelt a bit too. This was at 10am! It opens at 8am, im sure in the space of 2 hours it didn't get so dirty. So it needs a good clean. I give 5 stars for the convenience of not paying with coins, the card payment idea is brilliant at a laundrette! Also how empty it is, I love doing my laundry in a place where it's empty and calm. Since my washing machine broke I've had to go laundrette unfortunately, so I do like peace and not being around people while doing my personal laundry. So with those 2 points I do give 5 🌟 Daily cleaning before, during and after would help. It might also help if the people using the laundrette respect the space too.

Dishonest Owner & Shady Service – Stay Away! The biggest issue with this laundrette isn’t just the broken machines or the dirty, smelly environment — it’s the blatant dishonesty and lack of moral character from the owner himself. One of the machines swallowed £6.70 in coins, and after calling the number posted (since the place has no staff), the owner eventually answered. He promised to refund the £6.70 and cover the cost of two contactless cycles we had to use instead (£10 total). He even asked for the last 4 digits of the card used — but after chasing up the refund a few days later he completely went back on his word, saying he only owes £1 and told us not to come back if we didn’t like it. He also spoke rudely and disrespectfully to my wife, telling her to "quiet down" instead of helping. His attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and frankly disgraceful. The laundrette itself? Water all over the floor, machines that stink and barely work, and an overall unclean and unpleasant environment. But all of that would be tolerable if the business was run with basic honesty and decency — unfortunately, it isn’t. Avoid this place. You’re better off literally anywhere else.

This launderette is generally clean elsewhere, but whoever is cleaning needs to pay attention to the detergent rooms as its filled with black mold… i ended up leaving because of this. Please do a deep cleanse asap as this mold could potentially be a health hazard.

I went to the launderette because my washing machine was broken. The place was clean, but some machines only accepted cash. I was short 50p, so I asked another customer for a coin, and she gave it to me. I offered to buy her a drink, but she declined. The owner came in at that moment. I didn't get his name but I explained to him that some machines still required cash which was a bit of a pain. I mentioned that the woman helped me out, which was thoughtful of her. Overall, I found a local launderette I can use, and I appreciated the kindness of the customer and the owner!

No crowds (I came on a Monday) lace is very clean and easy to use machines. You can use coin machines or card machines. Equipment seems pretty new and prices are quite reasonable. 4.50 for a 9kg load and 2 for the 20min dryer
