Visited Dixons Bately and had the Dutch pancakes. They were nice and enjoyable, though not especially outstanding. But ice cream was really good. Overall a good experience with pleasant food, just missing that extra something to make it truly memorable. Would still recommend and would visit again to try other items on the menu.
Really enjoyed my visit to Dixon Ice Cream. Essa was brilliant, friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. He made sure everything was sorted and gave us great service. Definitely made the visit even better. Will be back!
Came to Dixon Ice Cream with a few friends and had a really good experience. Essa looked after us and was honestly so friendly and respectful. Great customer service and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had here. Hope to see Essa again next time!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been to Dixon Ice Cream in Batley quite a few times with my friends, but this visit was by far the best. Essa provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was professional, humble, and genuinely welcoming, which made our experience 10 times better. It’s rare to come across someone who goes the extra mile to make customers feel valued, and Essa definitely did that. I’ll definitely be asking for Essa whenever I come back. Keep up the amazing work!
Had a wonderful experience at Dixons Batley. The desserts were absolutely fantastic, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service. Mr Munchbox was incredibly hospitable, welcoming and made us feel really looked after. It’s great to see such friendly and professional service. Would definitely recommend Dixons Batley and will certainly be coming back!
Amazing service placed and received my order within 1 minute which is absolutely exemplary in terms of customer satisfaction just found my new dessert spot
ordered through just eat. it’s a bit expensive, but i’m not surprised because the ice cream as well as the pancakes with nutella and strawberries is delicious!! The strawberries taste so fresh and the pancakes with the Nutella just melts in your mouth. I would definitely recommend if you have a sweet tooth. Im also heavily pregnant and this was a craving of mine. Very satisfied😂🤰
