Alex Pizza

Order from this place a lot. Our cheese chips come with a big reddish hair in them. It was intertwined all through the cheese not just on top. Called and they said no one had hair there. I am a loyal customer why would I make this up never had a problem before. Was told they would send more waited 1.5 hours still no food so I called back and they said they was very busy. Food should have been sent straight to us considering ours got delivered with a hair. Absolute terrible customer service. Tried to call back for a refund and they will not answer phone. They have lost a good customer in us will never order from there again!

Not been here for a while, new team, the food was very good and excellent value for money . Tastiest takeaway food I had for a long time.

Guys if you are looking to get a pizza, avoid Alex Pizza in Birkenhead at all costs!!! I tucked into my pizza tonight to find a very long dark hair in my pizza 🤮 (I am blonde) I thought I would call up first to sort it out, instead of leaving a review. The pizza was also undercooked, greed is a terrible thing. The manger called me a liar about the hair, and spoke to me like no man should ever talk to a woman. You can see from the pic the other half of the hair is still embedded in the pizza 🤮 He also told me there are no women with dark hair working there (i since found out there is) He told me he would be out to sort it out, he never did arrive, and got staff to lie to me when I called back up. Him not turning up, most likely, is him being too embarrassed for the way he spoke to me, or the state of the pizza. Saying that, that’s unlikely with his mannerisms. This is one of the worst establishments I have ever come across.

Normally a great place. But today I had to wait almost 2 hours. In the end, I went and collected it. However, the guys who cook the food, are really good, gave me some free food. The delivery drivers either are not great at their jobs...... or not enough of them. Collect the food. Its literally week night and they couldn't deliver. Nice food

The place is excellent, the food tastes very good, the staff is excellent, and the place is very clean. I advise you to try it and you will never regret it

Very friendly and quick service, and good food hygiene rating. 15% discount Mon-Thu so was only about 20 quid to feed the family!

Have eaten fresh from the shop 3 times and each delicious. Got 2 x chicken and kebab meat mix done delivered yesterday. Very disappointed. Dry tasteless and now we both feel ill. I advise walk in because they are delicious but delivered forget it.
