Domino's Pizza - Birkenhead

Went in to grab a pizza after watching a show and the service was great. The pizza was lovely and the staff didnt mind us eating it in there too. Definitely recommend 👌

Every time I order pizza they add extra extra sauce as if I requested 3x the sauce, but obviously I didn't. I can't taste anything but BBQ sauce and the ingredients just fall of the pizza as you pick a slice up. Not ordering from them again, I can never enjoy a pizza without having to call up, ask them to replace and wait 2h or 3h since I initially placed my first order to have dinner. Clearly the quality control team is not paying enough attention.

Always super efficient service, ordered and collected within 10 mins. Poping hot and delicious.

Keep ordering pizza for a certain time due to my husband working late. Always delivered early, so I have to keep warm in the oven. Even put do not deliver before stated time, again ignored and delivered early. Why ask for a delivery time if you're going to ignore it......

Placed an order online for collection. Was being finished as we arrived, or so they said! 30 minutes later and numerous times asking, we finally got our pizzas. They eventually admitted they had messed up with one pizza and it was being redone- which it wasn't. 3 made sat keeping 'warm' under the lights. The manager was rude and not willing to accept they had made a mistake. When we eventually got our 4 pizza the manager was heard saying what is their problem? When home, 3 pizza were only warm and now a little soggy and 1 was fresh and hot not what we would expect. Very poor service, staff - especially the manager wouldn't accept they made a mistake. Oh we did get offered a free bottle of pop! 4 hot pizza that we paid for would be more acceptable.
