Allen's Fried Chicken

Absolutely disgusting 🤮 needs closing down my burger smelt like soap & tasted like rotten meat!!! Never in my life will I spend a penny at this place again nor will I recommend anyone! I’m 💯 reporting to environmental health, thank me later!!

Food was cold and stale, the burger was also wrong, the guy on phone very rude, told me he was the owner, argued with me for 5 mins then he realised he was wrong and the burger was made wrong, he then sent the burger back which i appreciated however when it came, the items missing on the burger was a slice of cheese that wasn’t even on the burger it was through in the bag with a broken up hash brown in the bottom of the bag to and also the turkey rashers thrown in the bag, worst experience I’ve ever had in my life from a takeaway, do not go anywhere near this place. Wouldn’t even be getting 1 star.

Exceptional delivery service, best ever employees that I have came across.

Wow Chicken is back to farnworth Bolton I am so glad that Allen’s is open again, I was missing their chicken so much. Thank you your food awesome

Awesome foods warm and when I get it thanks guys for the service.

Ordered from here few times always found okay, stayed loyal even with new local KFC in the area.. We ordered family meal 1 consists of 8pieced chicken sides etc more than enough for two people but ordered as great value and gave us sides which we love. A larger meal was delivered by a very friendly guy which we discovered due to the cost being more upon delivery!! Called the store explaining we didn't want to pay the extra £4.00 as we had more than enough with the smaller meal we originally ordered, was told to send the extra four potions of chicken back with the driver so I had to box up the chicken and hand it back, we definitely wouldn't have eaten it so not an issue however found it strange to hand it back?? Really when it's been sent out and delivered to a customer?? I find this to be very poor customer service and practice therefore now on the rare occasions we eat fried chicken it won't be from here...

Yet again gravy was put at the bottom of the bag and got crushed in transit. Only got it as a birthday treat for the kids as I won't eat the rubbish from there as it's the worst fried chicken imaginable. Not cooked properly and nowhere near as good as kfc. Just think.. if these morons can't even pack a bag properly what the hell are they doing to your food. Only gave it one star as zero wasn't an option.
