Worst place I’ve ever been to. Online the price for a triple cheese (hash brown) chips and drink for 7.99, I only had cash. Phoned them up, took about 5 minutes to make a simple collection order. Was told it will be ready in 5-10 minutes. Got there at 02.15 and he didn’t even start my order until I arrived at 02.20. Tried to charge me £11.50 in store, even after showing the online price the young lad still kept pointing at the instore menu price. Eventually he took the £10 note and didn’t try and give me my change. After reassuring him my order is only 7.99 for the 20th time I got my £2 change. Chips were barly cooked but I was hungry and ate the 15-20 fries quickly. Burger was dripping with dirty fat. The soft drink has got to be the best part of this meal.

Honestly disgusting customer service, placed a late night order for food and had everything confirmed on their end via deliveroo. The order did not arrive despite an hour of waiting and 20 minutes past the initial delivery status, after which we rang to confirm. The attendant kept repeating the same spiel saying he couldn't do anything and had the audacity to ask my boyfriend if he was drunk despite us saying we had an order receipt and the money had left our account. Horrific customer service will definitely not be ordering again.

Fantastic service. Currently the pandemic has taken over hospitality. The delivery apps are very slow but I rang the restaurant and was instantly directed by Omar. What a fantastic gent. He was very impressive to say the least. Although an item I ordered was Not available his offer was more than impressive. Omar really out did his self with humour and service. Please keep that service :))

There a many Kebab shops on this road and as a fatty I can assure you I’ve tried them all. Mondo may not have the most impressive patch, however it’s Food and staff are nothing short of fantastic! The guy serving was welcoming and happy to see us and his food was absolutely delicious! From today forward this will be the only place I get my kebabs! Thank you for the top service and great food.

Food never arrived. Couldn't connect to the number provided, would leave 0 stars if possible. If you check just eat reviews clearly we are not the first to be stung. Similar reviews of being charged but never receiving the food, seems to be a regular occurance. Terrible service.
