Service was great, I got a box meal £9.99 was hit and miss. Price and the value were good. chicken breast (kfc style)was really nice and big piece's. 3x Strips were dry, including the chicken wings, and couldn't even eat them. Chips were undercooked and hard. Doner Kebab tastes funny, so didn't eat it. Alot of food for £18.

Mixed Grill to Share! I cannot put into words how awesome this was! Ordered delivery which was super fast and everything was cooked to perfection! I’ve over eaten and I’m going into a meat coma but boy, so worth it!

Absolutely furious at the experience we received tonight. I ordered a beef wrap with salad inside yet I ended up pulling a roughly 5inch long piece of cling film out of my mouth. I had been chewing it for a good 10 seconds not paying much attention, when I did think this is an oddly chewy piece of lettuce. I phoned the restaurant immediately and politely explained the situation, it's not acceptable however we are all human and mistakes do happen. I was treated with apathy and told "what do you want me to do about it", I requested a full refund. We had a delivery driver turn up not even 10mins later who was hostile, accused us of faking it and really upset my mild mannered partner. He only gave us a partial refund yet tried to take all of our remaining food away and told my partner "he knows the tricks people like us play and that he has seen it before, people putting plastic in the food!" The fact I nearly choked on plastic was bad enough but to then be shouted at over the phone and insulted by the driver just made absolutely no sense at all. Now I have seen other reviews I can see this is a recurring pattern. We were shouted at and told "never to use their service again". This restaurant does not value it's customers one bit, has no level of integrity or respect for hygiene policies. Will not be using this restaurant again and highly recommend people avoid.
