Had a great Sunday roast here Meat was cooked well Veg served separate but plenty of it Pigs in blankets and cauliflower cheese were nice also
Deliciously tasty food, excellent service and comfortable atmosphere. Even on a really busy Sunday lunchtime, my Server Kerry (Kez) was very attentive and friendly and made me feel really welcome, even though I was a lone diner! Will definitely be going back again for the excellent Roast! 😀
Ordered two roasts via Deliveroo they took a ridiculous amount of time to prepare charged way too much money and then sent dry grisly beef that I wouldn’t feed to my dog and raw carrots! Also the beef gravy tasted burnt! They would never serve that to you in the restaurant they just loaded all the crap into our takeaway containers and shipped off to us! Don’t believe the pictures of the food for this pub because what they actually give you is truly terrible! Literally put in the bin it was that bad! Why charge all that money if you can’t cook? What a shame a couple years ago this place was really nice. Not anymore! Also don’t expect the drinks to be reasonably priced if you go in because they’re not.
Booked a table for 8 people on Saturday evening and really wasn’t sure what to expect. They were very busy but we were warmly welcomed & shown to our nicely set table. Our individual orders were very mixed but each dish was tasty & well presented. No negative feedback from us & we are definitely going to return soon.
I have had a Deliveroo from this restaurant and I’m not happy with the food. Vegetables were hard, my meat was barely cooked. My roast potatoes were burnt. Just overall not good enough
D girls were lovely, cant say d same about d gentleman of colour who seemed to be in charge, made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy. D food was fab, will go again in hope he is not in.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent and outstanding experience at Fowlers Farm We had such a wonderful visit to Fowlers Farm. Initially, we were told that walk-ins weren’t possible, but my friend cheekily asked anyway—and to our delight, the team went above and beyond to accommodate us. A special mention must go to Rosie, who handled everything with such grace and friendliness. She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down, and her attentiveness really stood out. I’d also like to give kudos to the chef. I understand there was some hesitation at first, but his kindness shone through, and the food was absolutely delicious. It’s rare to see that level of care and flexibility, and it made our evening feel extra special. Overall, Fowlers Farm turned what could have been a disappointing night into a truly memorable one. Thank you to the whole team for their hospitality—we’ll definitely be back! Thank you to Mitchell’s and Butlers for the coupons too! We loved the whole experience.
