A hidden gem in Brighton! If you’re looking for delicious Turkish food at a very reasonable price, this is the place to go. Everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavour, and the portions were generous. The owner was incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for something a little different in a sea of meat heavy fast food chains I highly recommend Yelken. I stumbled upon this cute little cafe whilst desperately looking for a place to get a salad and could not be happier. The lamb and rice soup was amazing. Such depth of flavor. The 2 salads we ordered were equally delicious. If you are in the neighborhood give this place a try. You won’t regret it. Staff are helpful and friendly, atmosphere is quiet and relaxing and the prices very reasonable.

The restaurant is small.but doesnt feel crowded and the decor is lovely. The staff are all very upbeat and added to the experience. Couldn't find any fault woth customer service or the food. The Sucuk was delicious as was the Manti. Will be back!

I was looking for something fresh and healthy, and this place absolutely delivered! Everything tasted incredibly fresh—you could tell the ingredients were high quality. In fact, while my meal was being prepared, the chef literally walked across the street to pick up two fresh bell peppers for my dish. That’s the kind of care and attention you just don’t see very often. The food was beyond delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I love discovering places that put so much heart into what they do. Five stars isn’t enough—I’d happily give this place more. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful experience here. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was lovely, and the food was very good. I ordered the chicken with fries, and my friend had the lamb with mashed potatoes — both dishes were absolutely delicious. After the meal, I was also offered a lemonade, which was excellent as well. Overall, I was very happy with this restaurant and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Brighton.

Delicious tandir 😋 Tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Rich potato mash complemented the dish. Great atmosphere, friendly service, fresh, homemade tasting food. One of the best Turkish meals I’ve had 🧿🧿. Highly recommend and will return!
