Really enjoyed the Chicken Kofta, very flavoursome and will come back again.

It was a rainy night hungry and looking for a decent place to eat but it was almost midnight. When I stumbled upon Flame Grill House and was instantly drawn cause they’re still open lol and the aroma. From the moment I walked in, the incredible aroma of grilled meats filled the air, What truly made my experience special was the conversation I had with the cook. Not only was he passionate about the food, but he also shared stories and insights that made my visit feel personal and memorable. It’s rare to find a place where you feel like part of the family, and that’s exactly how I felt here. The food? Absolutely outstanding! On my first visit, I was already impressed, but I had to come back to try more. This time, I went for the Shish and Chicken Shawarma, and wow—it was next-level delicious! The meat was perfectly seasoned, tender, and grilled to perfection, while the shawarma was packed with flavor, juicy, and wrapped in soft, warm bread. Every bite was a delight! If you’re looking for incredible food, friendly people, and opens late lol Flame Grill House is the spot. Highly recommend it! AWESOME PRICE!!!

when i was strolling around in the beutiful place cardiff my eyes noticed a red logo on the other side of the street. I knew this shop was for me. when i went in i was met with great service from the shop owner Shah. when i was trying to decide what i can eat, so i ordered everything (beacuse im fat). everything was like a bomb of flavour the split second it touched my tounge. i was really appreciative of this experience and I loved the vibe the food and the people. i will never forget this moment and i hope to come back soon!

Thank me later; Flame Grillhouse in Cardiff has a history of serious food safety issues, including a 2019 incident where inspectors found a cockroach infestation and the owner continued to serve food despite being told to close for a deep clean. A 2021 report details this, noting that customers were at risk of diseases like salmonella and E. coli. While there may be more recent inspection information, the past findings indicate significant concerns about food safety standards. The owner was convicted for it in Cardiff crown court in 2021. Run away, Run and do not even look back.

As food enthusiasts, me and my daughter were mesmerised by the quality of food we received at the flames grill restaurant. We loved the smoky flavour of their signature dish (shish kebab) cooked on real charcoal. Their kebabs are juicy, tender, fresh, and well marinated, but what makes this place even more special is their passion for food and customer service. The staff cater for each customer’s individual order without rush. They even brought cups of tea when it wasn’t in their menu without charging for it. Loved the place. Highly recommended x
