Chatham Grill

Had Chatham grill many times in the past, only had a few iffy experiences like certain things not delivered like sauces which I can accept, but this time was by far the worst in the 10 years I’ve been ordering from them. Wrote a description on the salad I wanted in the notes section before paying, only delivered one full salad pot where they used to bung it on like a proper kebab shop does lol so even limiting you to salad portions now. Chicken shish was as dry as the Sahara desert. Asked for a large meat and chips and got more chips than the meat was like a small portion of meat. Ordered a half pounder with cheese requested with lettuce and onions ,only got 1 burger no lettuce lol as shown in the picture. Genuinely disapointed as a month ago and years before that we always enjoyed apart from a few times with minor issues, seems like portion control and less for your moneys going to be the new motto for this kebab shop. ( word of advice aswell maybe find a delivery driver to deliver food out of a clean food bag rather than one that delivers one out of a bag that’s dirtier than my kitchen bin for the future, it don’t make for a good look when people have got food stored in that bag)

Been going here for years but has been going downhill for a while now ordered today didnt get what i ordered at all wrong drinks and salad and food tastes off i called up to be told they had run out of the different items i ordered and said call back tomorrow they will be in stock which is convenient for them if i order and pay for food again tomorrow but not for me with no offer to remedy whats been given to me today so time to find a new kebab shop

Absolutely shocking ordered food 2 weeks ago waited 90 min rung up and they said we haven't order nothing but the money came out so back and forth on the phone they said money would go back in 5 working day so ordered again through them on the phone next day our order from the previous night 🤦‍♂️ so let that go and tonight ordered again and they messed our order up again when we rang up they was saying we haven't order but there delivery driver just delivered it to us so check your order and dont order online and shocking attitude

Lovely food and service. The ladies are super friendly and nice! Chicken and chips £7.50 with salad and sauce. Cannot beat a cheeky kebab at that price. Didn't want to cook, but I didn't want to spend loads tonight's, well worth the short walk into town x

I have been ordering from Chatham Grill for over 20 years but now they always mess up my order. I will not be ordering again as it’s happened too many times now, they never read the notes and my last order was inedible.

Excellent meats and salad, good value for money and friendly service 👌. I highly recommend these guys to anyone in Chatham area
