Ordered at 7.05pm, delivered at 9pm, awful service, despite a phone call at 8.30pm. Promised a full refund, never happened. Totally useless, won't use again

The order was right but my pizza looked like it was just a cheese pizza hardly any toppings on it.

Excellent customer service and great food best kebab in Chester
Always have a great experience here. Staff very welcoming and friendly, both on phone when ordering and when we go in to pick up. Food quick to collect and hot! Good value - chips portion generous (we share 1 between 2) and a small donner kebab generously sized.
