Smash Guys Kebabs & Pizza

After seeing pictures of the food on a friend’s Snapchat and checking out their social media, I decided I had to give this place a try. We actually travelled all the way from Skipton to Colne purely to try the food, and I can honestly say we were not disappointed! Ordering was incredibly easy through the app, which stated our food would be ready in just 13 minutes. Knowing we’d be running a little late, I gave them a quick call. The lad who answered was lovely and genuinely grateful that I’d taken the time to let them know. When we arrived, the food wasn’t quite ready, but the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and offered to bring it out to the car when it was finished. While waiting, I mentioned that I’d seen photos on a friend’s Snapchat and their social media pages, which is what convinced us to make the trip from Skipton. They were so appreciative and couldn’t thank us enough for travelling specifically to try their food. As for the food itself – the burgers were absolutely amazing! Fresh, packed with flavour, and definitely worth the journey. Great customer service, friendly staff, and fantastic food. We’ll definitely be back again very soon!

DO NOT ORDER, one burger was missing the bun from the top, one burger had salad and sauce when asked for none, one burger had cheese and sauce when asked for none where the person eating it is lactose intolerant. Two of the mozzarella sticks had no cheese inside them, the order took 2 hours to be delivered and most of the food was cold

Brilliant service! Never been before and called just as they shut the shop. They opened back up just to serve us! Friendly staff couldn't do enough for us even bringing food out to our car! Highly recommend! Food is spot on! Definitely go again!

Would rather give 0 stars for customer service. We didnt even get to order as the person at the takeaway put the phone down and then repeatedly cut the call despite confirming they could deliver to the address, taking my full order and confirming a payment link woild be sent to make the payment.

The food is absolutely spot on and by far the best burger I’ve ever eaten!! Won’t ever get a burger from anywhere else. The staff are amazing and soo welcoming, they go above and beyond for anything and have always accommodated for my daughter’s needs.
