Sam's Epsom

I've always ordered from here because of the speed of delivery, price and portion size. It's never been the highest quality food but for the portion and the price it was worth it, however recently the prices have skyrocketed and I was surprised to find that the portion sizes have been halved and the prices still sit at peak levels. Wonts be ordering here again. Sorry Sam's, you've lost a loyal customer

Ordered an Extra Large Doner Kebab here yesterday evening through Just Eat, received a box of meat covered in mayo. £16. On a Thursday evening around 6pm so even the excuse of being a busy peak time couldn't be used. Receipt that came with it explicitly had salad requirements listed out. Called them up, told to request a refund through the Just Eat app. Which still hasn't been honored. Also the meat was pretty bad.

Ordered a family meal online told would be there in a hour called them a hour and 20 mins latter to enquire when we could expect the food to be told oh we have got you order it's was misplaced due to a high demand it's been prepared now it will be on its way in 15 mins which ment over 2 hours wait for food no apology and reluctant to give a refund . Not the 1st time ilate in delivery It's a shame really past experience had been very positive good food and generous portions Won't be using again sorry Sam's

I was shocked to find small pieces of glass inside the food. This is completely unacceptable, and I strongly do not recommend this place.

Never used Sam's before. Decided to try. Ordered delivery. Pleasantly surprised. Salad very fresh. Chips fresh and nicely cooked. Meat soft and seasoned well. Good portions too. Thank you.

I honestly feel some of the bad reviews on here are completely unwarranted. I’ve never – and I mean never – had a bad meal from Sam’s. The food is consistently spot on, whether it’s a cheeky late-night bite or a lunchtime treat. Speaking of lunchtime, the deals they offer are exceptional – proper value for money, and the portions are more than generous. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely look after you. You’re not just another number walking through the door. Absolutely love the place – it’s a regular stop for me, and it never disappoints. Five stars from me. Keep doing what you’re doing, Sam’s.

Waited 40 minutes inside the kebab shop I thought I would get food fresh from the spit I got greasy salad and sloppy meat from the bottom of the pot the worst kebab I’ve ever had I threw it in to bin won’t be coming back
