Crispy Corner

I ordered a chicken donner and was really disappointed. The bread was cold and stale and the chicken was very tough; obviously reheated. I tried to eat this but could only manage half. The rest went in the bin on the way out the door. This place is advertised as "under new management" as of March 2025. Although the service was fine, if they continue serving rubbish like this, I don’t think they’ll last long. Also, all their menus on their signs around the shop show the lunchtime price. The actual price, outwith lunchtime, is hidden within the paper menu. I won’t be back.

Had a college mate who showed me the place he "goes to everyday" for lunch. I was baffled to find 'Crispy Corner' - an indian take away with dine-in open in the early afternoon. Immediately, I walked into a clean and welcoming scene with friendly staff who took our order and brought the food to us where we were seated. Delicious, reasonably priced and generously portioned. This menu comes with a lunchtime deal for the likes of us students.

I ordered a 12-inch vegetable pizza, and the cashier charged me £8.95 for the vegetable flavor. However, when I received it, I was surprised to find that it was only a 10-inch pizza. The cashier insisted that I had ordered the 10-inch size. But if that were the case, the correct price for a 10-inch vegetable pizza should be £6.10, not £8.95.

I was visited there with my friends. We had a 12 inch chicken tikka pizza and loaded fries, Piri piri chicken wings. It was so delicious. Staff is so friendly and price is really reasonable

was told to try this place by a friend and I must say I wasn't disappointed. Great food friendly staff and nice enough busy restaurant ! Will be back for sure !!
