Levant is genuinely one of the best kebab shops I’ve tried in Scotland. The kebab is always fresh, the pizzas are banging, the chicken korma is great, and the chips are usually spot on. The staff are excellent too. They’re friendly, accommodating, and always happy to have a good chat. When you order in the shop, the wait is usually reasonable. I’d rather wait a little longer and get fresh food than have something rushed out, and taste-wise I’ve never had a bad experience. The delivery side could definitely be better, though. I live around 15 minutes away and decided to order instead of going down for once. I waited over an hour for two items, and the food wasn’t particularly hot when it arrived. I believe they use their own drivers, which may be part of the issue, although obviously I don’t know all the details. Food: 4.8/5 Staff: 5/5 Delivery: 2/5 Overall: 3.9/5 The food and staff are excellent, but the delivery lets the place down. I’d definitely recommend going into the shop or collecting rather than ordering for delivery.

​On Just Eat, certain menu items state that salad and sauce are included. However, multiple times now I have received my order with no salad or sauce at all. I really don't understand how you expect people to eat kebabs or hoagie wraps completely dry? Next time I'll save myself the hassle and eat cardboard instead. Literally pointless.

Ive had to delete my excellent review i had previously left for levant from here as the last 2 deliveries have been a major major let down, last week we ordered late on a thursday night only to get half portions of chips cheese spicy chicken and chips delivered, you should not have accepted my order when yous were sending out garbage, i was starving and you send out kids portions 😡, then tonight we ordered a pizza which was great however my wife ordered a kebab but didnt receive the kebab sauce which was paid for, my wife can only eat a kebab with this sauce why cant people do their job correctly eh, we called levant and spoke to person to try and get this resolved, she did not use her initiative and give us fresh food but only kebab sauce was delivered to put over an already freezing kebab due to their neglect 😡in which they did not rectify their mistake, what are yous playing at and delivery for sauce was 20 minutes when is only 10 minutes away, thanks for making our friday night dinner absolute rubbish 👍 This rubbish does not normally happen from here but the last 2 orders have been rubbish 😡, get this incompetence and neglet sorted out as the paying customer deserves 100% better Oh and why have you changed to a cheaper supplier for chips as these are rubbish soggy minging chips 😡

Been ordering off this takeaway for over 7 years food is always fantastic but as of recently I'm not sure what's going on I've been trying to order for days website isn't taking orders online it says its open try to call the shop instantly goes to voicemail you could at least warn people there's issues with buisness what the hell is going on???
