I had a great experience here. Everything arrived hot and tasted delicious. The fries were perfectly cooked and had a nice seasoning on them. I really enjoyed the piri piri mayo that came with the meal, as it added just the right amount of kick. It is a solid spot for a quick bite. I will definitely be coming back again soon.

They really don’t care about customer feedback. I’ve told them many times in person that the chicken is usually burnt. I ordered chicken wings today — all four of them were severely burnt. My money and time were wasted!

Terrible food and terrible customer service. It used to be the best but it's one of worst now. I ordered chicken loaded fries and the chicken was full of salt, I complained but staff didn't want accept that something is wrong with their chicken. I wasn't even given any refund for that terrible food. I am their customer since the day they opened it in Cambuslang. Their quality and quantity both have declined exponentially in recent days. If you compare their food quantity with other Pepes in Glasgow you will find a huge difference.

We are really happy to see the costumer services and there was a guy I think Qasim he was so polite nice and helpful so yeah 10 out 10 on service and food

the worst experience I ordered two hours ago and the order still hasn't arrived I sent messages in cheat and no one answers it's horrible for a person to wait from 22:40 until this hour 1:00 and the order still hasn't arrived. you're making fun of people! and we have jobs tomorrow if you don't know how to do your job then resign there are people who can do their job better than you

Just tried Pepe's Piri Piri and it’s easily one of those places you end up coming back to. The chicken was spot on, juicy, full of flavour, with that perfect smoky piri piri kick. Not overpowering, just really well done. The fries were crispy, the rice was packed with flavour, and the portions were more than enough. Everything came out fresh and quick, and the whole meal just hit the spot. If you’re after something savoury, satisfying, and actually tasty, this place is a safe bet.
