Shopsmart Eastfield

Brilliant shop and even better staff, always friendly and professionally pleasure shopping there.

I go to this shop every day the rest of the staff are absolutely lovely but the woman that works here is so rude for no reason. No matter how nice I am she just glares and looks down on me as if I'm lower than her. Further more (even tho she definitely recognises me) she constantly asks for id and I've had to go my to my home and get my passport at least 5 times because she refuses to accept young Scott card, as I said no other issues with the shop but that woman makes me not want to go.

Me and my partner go to the shop almost every day and have no issues with the staff unless its the woman who work there. We're met with rudeness and snarkyness, this isn't just to us but even to a younger relative. We get cigarettes or skins from there and atleast one of us has a form of ID from youngscots to passports. She refuses to take the youngscots card even though it's recognised by law as a form of ID under the Proof of Age Standards Scheme.

I visit regularly and all the staff are great, always welcoming and chatty. Great shop

Good selection at very friendly prices in here. Always greeted with a big smile

Usually met with rudeness. In case the owners haven’t noticed there’s LOADS of alternatives in the area. Learn some manners be nicer get more custom

The Staff are never great in this store , but the man this morning was a completely new level of rude , I really don’t think I’ll be using this store again, I would give 0 stars if I could
