Direct Pizza

Phoned to order a couple of pizzas and onion rings. When I phoned I asked if there was any garlic in the food as I have an extreme food intolerance to it. I was told that there wasn't, so we ordered a pepperoni for my friend and a donner pizza along with onion rings. I could taste garlic in the pizza whether this is because there was garlic in the sauce or the utensils had not been washed separately but all the same I am starting with a migraine and I hope it doesn't get worst otherwise I might be in hospital. There was no tomato sauce or tomato of any discription in the pepperoni pizza and a couple of pieces of chopped pepperoni. The pizza base was tough and tasteless. The onion rings were limp and not at all crispy like everywhere else. A complete waste of £ 24.00 as my friend chucked it all in the bin along with the ripped up delivery menu. Definitely the worst pizza my friend and I have ever had from a Grantham takeaway.

Food was not fresh tasted like it had been sitting for hours chips were over greasy same as everything else no good pizza Roma for pizza n kebab fat Tony’s for fish n chips

Ordered late night dinner, kebab stunk of fish. Burger had cheese and nothin else, asked for sauce and no cheese, but sadly that wasnt accomplished.

I order from this place at least once a week, they likely know me by name now. In my opinion, they have the best pizza in town. Their sauce is my favourite. Food is always delivered hot, and on time. The small number of issues I've had with my orders are rectified quickly.

So I ordered some lunch from here not long after it opened for the day, ordered for delivery, the garlic bread was cold, dry and stale probably from a few days ago, breaded mushrooms were burnt and the chicken wasnt properly cooked. This place is very 50 50 with food quality, you never know how good it will be when you get it.

Had good pizza in the past, spent £50 tonight with friend and might have well just sent the cardboard boxes to eat. absolutely disgusting, burnt and dry and couldn’t even see what the toppings were. Never order from here again now !!!!!!!! Avoid !!!!!!!!

Ordered a few pizzas on the 02/04/2021 and the pizzas dough was mouldy and when we called the place they wasn’t bothered didn’t care about their reputation! Never ordering from here again and HIGHLY recommend no one else does either and the health and hygiene will be made aware of this
