Domino's Pizza - Chadwell St Mary

Ordered a pizza tonight was really looking forward to it but when it turn up there was pretty much no topping at all and then a mountain off cheese it was greasy and oily and everything fell off not nice looking

Rang up for a delivery paid with card and procecced to wait 1.5 hours i only live ten minutes away! When i ring they say there has been a mistake dispite me paying in advance and my food just sitting there, they were unaware it was a delivery and thought it was a collection ( who pays in advance for a collection) they will drop it to me but i now must pay more as a delivery fee, even tho i had waited ages and they had made a mistake. This wasnt good enough so i asked for a refun and had to go to the restaurant and argue and even turned away there offer of free food , to me damaged had been done and after having to go to the shop i just wanted a refund as i had lost my appetite at this point. Nearly a month on and im still waiting for a refund back to my card. Pizza hut is cheaper, better quality and definitely better customer service. I will never eat at dominos again!

Honestly my fault lowkey, but mistakes happen ordered to the wrong dominos which was over 40mins away from me one way. Rang them up when I went to my local and the pizza wasn't there where I thought I ordered from. In then end had to give up on that order, but would have been nice to get a refund.

I buy 2 pizzas in 14.09.2025 and i forgot to log in my car reg number on the system i get £60 fine ,today 26.09.2025 i get there again buying pizzas, and ask the manager if we can help me with this fine,I have a proof of payment done on14.09,Manger was rude and doesn't want to help.I was in the car park from 18:03 up to 18:36,When is busy take more then 20min for them to finish one order,Manager told me is not his problem!!!Dominos you just lost 1 customer today!!!

Good service! 2 parking a disabled parking spot outside (Remember to enter reg inside) Managed to do a lot with a small space. Ordered for collection and was very quick. Friendly staff. Food was hot, best pizza from Dominos I’ve had. No inside seating but that’s okay to be honest. Thank you 😊

Very friendly people who even allowed me to have a free pizza box

Food is all ways very nice
