Tasty Kebab & Pizza House

I paid for 2 large donor and chips, purchased via Uber eats. What I got was 2 small portions. The donor was dry, salty and burnt around the edges. The lettuce was disgusting, wilted and brown and there were only handful of chips underneath. I contacted this place, they were absolutely useless, the guy on the other end stated that the portions are weighed and what i got was the amount given for a large donor. He even said that he made my order and then apologised for the salad if it wasn't to my liking! He kept saying nothing he could do as the owner was not around! Absolutely the worst food I've ever bought. Do not go here, you will waste your money. Check out the picture I've attached, this is what it looked like when I opened the box, if you zoom in you can see the burnt edges of the donor. This food had to be thrown away and Uber eats also refused to give me my money back! Very disappointed and will warn everyone I know not to go there either. My order number- 947F2 Date 21.01.26

I ordered first time in here,by the Uber eats, And I would.like to say that pizza was.very delicious and hot when I received it. Delivery service was great, better than expected.

I ordered a chicken doner kebab, and the portion was so small that a 6-year-old could eat two. The chicken was awful, like rubber. Do you think you'll get any vegetables with it? I thought so too, but all I got was lettuce and onion. Avoid this place as much as possible. Waste of money. I highly do not recommend it.

How can you sell kebabs when there is never any meat cooking on display like every other kebab shop, the whole place is dusty and dirty and I actually saw someone in there cleaning there trainers on the work surfaces behind the counter. Staff are rude and dirty as well

I had called for a phone order bear in mind I have autism and adhd so I don’t like waiting . He told me it will take 10 min to be ready so I came after 15 min and he said he never started the order because he was busy ??? Why would you tell me 10 and it will be ready . Then the other guy was saying they didn’t make it as people call up and not show up but why would they still take my order expecting I will wait when I get there I made a telephone order on purpose so I don’t wait around

I ordered 2 15in pizzas The meat feast it was really tasty, as dor the Seaford it was disappointing, I had added some extras but wen the pizza arrived my extras like, olives, jalapeños, prawns and anchovies were not on the pizza. I called the shop up and spoke to a really nice manager who offered to send me the pizza I had paid for with the extra topping for free, and got it delivered for free. Thats what I call excellent customer service. Food was hot when it arrived and was very tasty. Definitely one to look and book if your looking for a good pizza and reasonably priced

Stay away!! Should be shut down 0 food safety standards ordered a kebab it was so burnt owner is rude. Tasty more like nasty. Wasting ur money. Such a poor experience. Changed name 4 times in a year and a lick of paint 3 times just to redeem customers. Even other reviews are 1 just check yourself
