Mr Chef Hamilton

Food took an hour and a half to get delivered, with some items missing. Ordered the strawberry cheesecake, which I hadn't noticed was covered in mould until I had taken a bite and it tasted awful. Absolutely shocking and dangerous, it is very clear when you look at it that it is mouldy so whoever packed it clearly didn't look. Do not order from here for your own safety.

Rotten experience. Ordered via Just Eat for delivery. Wait time was about 50 minutes, fair enough but it was a further hour on top of that. Phoned a couple of times, fobbed off over and over again by unfriendly staff. Everything was going to be 5 minutes, 5 minutes. They eventually told me to message "the boss" on Facebook. Not holding my breath for a response. When the food did arrive it was half cold and to be honest, not particularly good. Im a fairly regular customer but theres far better options for pizza or kebab.

Food arrived 1hr 20mins after order… STONE COLD AND STALE. If they’re too busy, they need to block new orders. Food went straight in the bin. I don’t blame the delivery person. To take someone’s money for this is UTTERLY reprehensible.

Food took ridiculous long to come after been given a delivery time. Phoned the shop twice to be told both times that it was just leaving the shop and the guy on the phone didn’t even sound that bothered to be honest. The food finally arrived and the burger bun was as soggy as anything. The chips were anaemic and half cooked with a tiny sprinkle of seasoning on them. Shocking food and shocking service. Will never order from here again.

Terrible service, but terrible food to top it off. 1/5* overall. Better elsewhere. Terrible portion of dry donner meat. Overcooked chips. Don’t recommend.
