Pradip

Exceptional service and delicious food! We used this catering company for a puja yesterday, and they were absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious, and every single guest enjoyed it thoroughly. The service was top-notch, and the delivery arrived right on time. A special shoutout to Palakji, who was amazingly accommodating and understanding of all our dietary requirements and specific needs. We had a great experience and will definitely be using them again for future events. Highly recommended!

We have used Pradip Catering Service for two Tervi events over the past 10 years, and on both occasions, the experience has been excellent. The quality and quantity of the food were very impressive, and the pricing was extremely reasonable. Delivery was always on time, and communication throughout was outstanding. Thank you for providing such a reliable and professional service. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends

Bought some chilli crinkle crisps today from Pradips Northwood hills and got home to find they are rancid, despite the date showing 1st July. Called the shop to explain and person who picked the phone Bisanth claims to be the manager but doesn't understand what rancid means. 🙄 he said they do not refund but I don't want to exchange a product which is horrible to eat. The customer service is shocking. Will not be buying from here again!

My partner ordered from Pradips (Palak) to cater for a funeral. During this particularly hard time, Palak was so easy to talk to and helped out greatly with her quick responses. She was able to cater for large quantities on short notice in an extremely professional manner. Regarding the food, it was exemplary. The flavour was delicious, served hot on both occasions and plentiful in quantity. A lot of people were very satisfied with the food specifically giving compliments on the curry, daal and carrot pickle (Gajjar nu aathanu). My guests all commented on how homely the taste of the food was. One of my guests who also had a recent bereavement also chose to go with Pradips after tasting the food. Thank you Palak and Team for great service and delicious food especially during a difficult time.

Ordered these Kaju Katlis to share the news of our new baby with friends, and at work. 2 times we ordered. It was around 3-4 kg. But it was disappointing. The kaju katli was bitter at the end. Both the time it was same.
