Milanos

We have ordered pizza from here before and it has always been very nice but, unfortunately, not this evening. The barbecue sauce base was spread so thinly that you could barely taste it, the pizza base itself was soggy and the chicken was incredibly dry. Disappointing and we will not be ordering again as we threw most of it away.

Food is usually fine. The girl that answers the phone on the other hand, sounds like she’s never spoken to people before in her life, so flipping rude, like if you hate your job that much, just leave. Didn’t even finish my sentence before she hung up, so called back and she did it again. If you’re going to work in customer service, learn to speak to people and they didn’t even get my order right.

Ordered a pizza at 8:22 it's 10:41 and it's still not here The person on the phone said it was leaving the store in a minute that was 50 minutes ago

Beautiful food as always staff are lovely thankyou x

foods amazing best in hartlepool you’ve tried the rest now try the best oh would be intrested in knowing if the meat is halal as i don’t agree with halal

I had the donner pizza 🍕 and it was really nice.

We paid extra after ordering a meal deal for cheesy garlic bread, extra donner meat and pitta bread which never came in our order. 101 phone calls but line was busy. Phoned off my husbands phone and got straight through. Hmmm. No more. Cost nearly £30.
