Family Kebab

Really disappointed with this experience. Our order was incomplete and most of the food we did receive was stone cold, which is unacceptable—especially as we collected it ourselves and live only five minutes away. The chicken was slightly warm, but the halloumi and doner were completely cold. We were told they were "very busy," but that’s not a valid excuse for serving cold, incomplete food. If you’re too busy to maintain quality, that should be communicated before taking orders. The response we received was blunt and came across as rude and dismissive. While a refund was issued for the missing items, there was no acknowledgment or compensation for the fact the rest of the food was cold and not enjoyable, as-well as dry. Overall, very poor service and handling of the situation. Unfortunately, this has put me off returning. Absolutely poor. I do not recommend this poor business to anyone.

I’m really disappointed with the service from this place. I placed an order and was told it would arrive within half an hour, but after waiting over an hour with no sign of it, I decided to call and check what was going on. When I rang, I was told that the driver had supposedly called me 10 times and knocked on the door — which simply isn’t true. I had no missed calls at all, and my phone has been working fine as I’ve received other calls during that time. It honestly felt like I was being lied to rather than given a proper explanation. To make things worse, the person on the phone seemed to laugh it off and said there was nothing they could do except for me to collect the order myself. I explained that I’m unable to leave the house, but that didn’t seem to matter. Overall, really poor customer service, lack of accountability, and a frustrating experience from start to finish. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Amazing fresh kebab. As a family we usually have the kebab box meal great value for money. Friendly service and great customer service. Highly recommend the best kebab shop in town by far.

I was recommended for Family Kebab and now I know why. Very pleasant and helpful lady on the phone to take my order, early delivery by a very polite gentleman and the food was absolutely gorgeous. Thank you very much team, I now have changed my go to take away to yourselves and will keep recommending you myself. Great job and keep doing what you’re doing.
