Hello Boss

I ordered fish and chips and asked for chilli hot sauce on the side, but the sauce was poured all over the fish instead. It was extremely spicy and so much that I couldn’t eat the meal at all. When I called to explain the situation, I was disappointed with how I was treated. The owner was rude and not understanding, which made the experience even worse. I understand mistakes can happen, but customer service should still be respectful and helpful. I’m sharing this so future customers are aware and hopefully the restaurant improves how they handle special requests and customer concerns.

First and last time I received frozen chicken kabab grilled..this place shouldn’t be called Hello Boss it should Hello Nightmare you wouldn’t want eat this. The chill sauce is out of bottle and onion dominating the soddy salad is pure evil to sell this for £10 certainly the worse take away in England I had experience of out of many scores of good and great British takeaways! This one is definitely one to avoid at ALL costs otherwise I guarantee you will be so very bitterly disappointed..

Four of us were looking forward to a kebab dinner. We were very surprised at the cost of £54 for 4 kebabs and some chips. All 4 of us ordered mild spicy chicken. It was so hot we could only manage a few bites. Goodness knows how hot the medium and spicy are! The chicken was old. Delivery took ages so the food was cold and the chips were hard and unpleasant. We binned the lot and were really hacked off. Please do something about this don't lose business. We won't be ordering again. 😕

Genuinely some of the worst takeaway i've ever had. The 'masala' fish is absolutely tasteless despite having sauces on it. The rice boxes are filled to the brim with about 1kg of rice but yet again the meat is absolutely tasteless. This was by far some of the most disappointing food i've had.

Once a great place but now super disappointing, ordered a mixed donner tikk style, honestly taste was so bad like the chicken was off, weird masala taste, the recipe of old has definitely changed, hello boss is now bye bye boss!
