I attended the Low n Slow BBQ course at BBQ Land in Hitchin today, and it was fantastic. Tarun, the chef leading the course, was superb. He managed a class of 17 people with ease, making the whole experience interactive, engaging and enjoyable. Every question was answered patiently and explained at exactly the right level for beginners wanting to learn the art of low and slow cooking. His manner throughout was excellent, and he made sure everyone was well fed and involved. A brilliant course from start to finish — I’ll definitely be back for another one!

Went to BBQ land for the first time 10 years ago and I’ve been back every time I’ve needed anything since. Yesterday I joined a pizza making class with a fab group of people. Vinny was our host and he was brilliant every question was answered with passion. The equipment was all up to date including the new ooni mixers and a beautiful Gozney Arc along with 7 other ovens to try. Would highly recommend the pizza lesson as a gift for anyone interested in cooking. Thanks Dan
