Top notch service by Qaiser, Amazing lad!! Food is great

Visited to buy naan from them And asked about naan she said 2 pound each i was wondering how big will.it be When it came i was shocked it was not even size of chapati When i asked her she started misbehaving And started telling me we have competitive price to the market Everyone is selling for 1-1.25 Look at size in pictures Very bad experience

Shittiest place. The staff is extremely rude. Entitled. They make you wait for long time and then shame you for even enquiring. Served me uncooked chicken. Especially the chef with the mustache is extremely ill mannered. These people shouldn’t be running this place. And then they also didn’t return me my money. Wasted an hour on this shit

Thanks to Arman and jayraj for their amazing service, fresh and amazing food

Extremely shittiest Absolutely the worst takeaway experience I have ever had. I placed my order over the phone and the communication from the staff was already poor and rude. When I arrived to collect the food, they made me wait an additional 15 minutes even though the order was supposed to be ready. The real problem started when I got home and started eating. The pizza base tasted extremely sour, like it had expired or gone off. It was completely disgusting and clearly not fresh. I immediately called the takeaway to explain the issue. The same lady answered the phone and instead of apologising or trying to resolve the situation, she told me "don’t ever come to my takeaway again because you are making false allegations about my food." I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional customer service. I then took the food back to the takeaway and politely asked for a refund. Instead of handling the complaint like a normal business, she called the police and accused me of harassing her. When the police arrived, they listened to my side and actually advised me to make a complaint against the takeaway. To make matters worse, after eating part of the pizza earlier, I felt sick and ended up throwing up, which shows how bad the food quality was. This whole situation was shocking, stressful, and completely unnecessary. I have never been treated like this by any business before. My honest advice: avoid this place at all costs. Terrible customer service, questionable food quality, and absolutely no respect for customers.
