Prima

Hi, my name is Thomas Jennings. I ordered two pizzas off of uber eats, from the Prima Takeaway. The order took 2 hours to arrive, and once it arrived the food was indescribably shit. (I apologise for my language) but the pizza tastes of rubbery cheese, stretchy dough and it overall tasted awful. My 8 year old son even referred to the food as ‘scat’.

I ordered my food at around 23:30p.m. This was 1 Pizza, 1 Garlic Bread, and a bottle of drink. I then waited around 2 hours and called Prima whom just shouted down the phone to me "VERY BUSY, 20 TO 25 MINUTES" I then waited until 3am and Prima said on Uber they have delivered my order however I still do not have this. Terrible customer service making me wait 3 hours for no food and telling Uber you have delivered so they wont refund me, absolute disgrace!!!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The delivery driver was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I was treated in a way that no customer deserves, and it genuinely upset me. It completely ruined my experience, no matter how good the food might have been. I will never order from this restaurant again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone unless they seriously improve the behavior of their delivery staff. Customers deserve respect, and I received none."

Genuinely one of the worst takeaways I’ve ever had, ordered over £60 worth of food and the pizza arrived burnt & late, i’m really not sure how the garlic bread qualifies as anything other than a plain pizza base tossed in the oven for too long. What a waste of money!
