Bangin' Pizza Johnstone

Brilliant! It really was ‘Bangin’ Been wanting to try for a while. I had the Spanish pizza on special and it didn’t disappoint. We had the sharing platter to start and the quality of the food was excellent. Plenty of choice and will 100% be back.

We're regulars at Bangin' in Johnstone and have been picking up takeaways and eating in every month or so for over a year and a half now, but I keep forgetting to leave a review! The staff are always really friendly and welcoming, and we believe these are genuinely the best pizzas we've had in Scotland (and we've eaten a lot of pizzas...). Beautiful flavours and fresh, quality ingredients, always cooked to perfection. We tend to go for the La Classica and Highlander pizzas, with homemade garlic mayo dip (try it - it's unreal!) and some Cajun fries. Service is normally very efficient and quick, and we love that there's a 'pizza passport' where we can collect stamps to get a free pizza every so often. Thanks guys, and keep up the magic work!

Garlic bread was so good probably best I have ever had. Americano pizza fab. First visit and will be back again very soon. Lovely welcoming staff...hard working to make your visit a great experience. Thank you!

I’ll start off by saying I only discovered banging pizza as they had donated one to someone who voluntarily cleans up the local area, it looked so good, I had to try it for myself. I wasn’t disappointed… got held up that night and didn’t arrive till just after 8 (closes at 9), and couldn’t have been greeted by a cheerier host, quickly seated, order taken, food arrived within 10-15mins We had carbonara, truffle fries, Diavola Pizza and Cajun fries. I didn’t take any photos as I was too busy shovelling it down my throat, I’d recently reviewed pizza bar in the west end and said that their pizza was probably the best in Glasgow, however, I think Bangin pizza has taken the title! One noticeable thing, everything was very hot when it arrived and stayed hot until the last bite, that’s rare when you’re also getting the quality. Cajun skin on fries were absolutely perfect aswell. On our way out, we were gifted a chocolate calzone, absolutely UNREAL!! Something I would never have bought but I can’t recommend you try one if you visit! I’ll definitely be back so will update this review with more photos. Location wise, it is on the corner of a junction, there is free parking outside. Thanks for the hospitality from a great team and great food!

The staff are very welcoming & friendly and were vibing along to the background music. There is a good selection of artisan pizzas (no seafood unfortunately) which are no nonsense, one size, one style and packed full of flavour.

Faultless from start to finish!! The pizza lived up to its name!, was banging!! Had the Americana pizza, Salt n Chilli fries, and mozzarella sticks with dip as sides, this was shared, so left enough room to share the Biscoff cheescake and ice cream which was ideal for sharing. It's definitely one of the best pizzas we've had anywhere, and the service was 10 out of 10. Will defo be back 👍

Our family attended this restaurant as a birthday celebration for our daughter. The food was great and in particular the service from Andy was excellent. He was polite, attentive and made the birthday extra special. We will definitely return again.
