I was waiting for my order at Madina Tul Uloom they never called or turned up with the food but kept my money after I paid them with my card. They told me to pay more money to deliver when they never came in the first place. They have a bad attitude and no customer service whatsoever. This place needs to be avoided the scammers. I demand my money back for not delivering my food. No wonder the reviews tells you what type of place this is. Children’s waiting for the food after paying by card then to scam them is unbelievable and unacceptable.AVOID!!
Had one of the best pizza in my life and the staffs was incredibly nice and friendly keep up the good work
Amazing food friendly staff Recommended to everyone
Food is always amazing, especially the calzone and the brothers who serve are always welcoming.
Have been ordering recently , mainly pizza with no complaints, tonight I ordered the Lili Italia special mixed kebab, upon receiving it, no lamb shish although advertised, no salad even though selected, dry chicken, called to explain the issue to be told we don't sell lamb shish any longer . Not a nice meal at all .
Cost us £5 for delivery, 45 minutes late, no cans in meal, frozen cheese cake, pitta missing. Fourth time of ordering! Over £100 order and all you get is we are busy. £5200 a year and I’ll take our business elsewhere! Jokers!
Best calzone and pizzas in Kidderminster! A must try. 😋
