TK Maxx

An eastern European blond lady with fake black eyelashes and a stern face completely snapped at my boyfriend when he’d never been in a changing room in tk maxx before and he said "hi can i just go in" after waiting awkwardly for a few minutes and the lady saying nothing and then after he said that she snapped at him saying "well how many items do you have!" and gave him a horrible miserable look and made him feel very uncomfortable. Then for the rest of the time she held a really miserable look and was very unwelcoming. don't come here unless you want to feel degraded and completely awkward. On a lighter note the dark haired man at the tills when we payed was very welcoming and lovely and quite funny too. this happened on the 8th of june 2026 between 16:30 and 16:52 pm

I absolutely love this shop, if you're into your brands this is a must visit, you get one off items that are sold out elsewhere, new stock comes in several times a week and is rotated around all there stores so there is always new stock to look through, ideal for branded coats at a discount price. Love going here at Christmas time to get gifts for family and friends at reduced rates.

Super clean, hand sanitizer staff on the way in and if you like you can have them give it on the way out, I did! Very polite and excellent markings on the floor for social distancing, also staff everywhere to help you, if you dont see staff there is a call stop in the centre of the store to locate staff, by far the best prepared and following every guideline put in place . Fantastic , staff even ask if you're ok if they see you looking around. I felt safe and definitely not paranoid like other places that dont have a clue. So thank you TK MAXX 5 stars plus ... 👍💯 its bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside.

To enjoy shopping you need nice and friendly staff. At KL store it has Amabelle working on the till. So add to the mix a store FULL of amazing goodies and you have a fabulous experience. I will defo be returning to this fab shop in KL and soon.

My wife loves it. Great bargains, an opportunity to buy 'labels' at an affordable price including accessories. I can handle it for the first half hour then I go in search of coffee. My suggestion is to install a row of chairs for bored husbands.

Really nice store had lots to look at a bit disappointed with the clothing for plus size but otherwise very good

very busy store. rows and rows of clothes and other bits fir sale. I have bought a few things out of here and I will be going back again.
