Croft Kebab

Lovely food. We had the mixed sharing platter. Lovely food, very fresh. Was worried about the reviews as we’ve eaten here before and never had any problems. But the food was definitely still delicious and fresh.

Abysmal. 2 kebabs ordered and they covered in grease and wasn’t shavings but just like little bits of meat. I can offer no alternative other than they must have poured the meat from the drip tray at the bottom. It was inedible and unsurprisingly just eat have refused to pass back my feedback. They had a rubbish hygiene rating before and it wouldn’t surprise me if they had slipped back into old habits. Shockingly bad. Never again.

I live at most 90 seconds from here, Once the order was placed i was quoted 8:50pm wich was fine at around that time the app say on the way, 10 mins later I called them to question this and was told the driver is on your street but clearly he wasn't with only 5 properties on the street and I was in the front garden, They called the dirver whilst I were on the phone and he said 2 mns away so a blatent lie by the shop to alighn with just eat policies, After a few more mins of arguing the driver arrived and when questioned aboit the lies he tried to say nobody was lying, 20 mins later than suggested we recieved our almost warm food, we were told of a full refund wich will put an end to it, Lets see what happens, only order if you like to be lied to and don't care when or what quality your food arrives in 🙁

Just ordered and the food was really late and the guy wasn't great no word of sorry for being late, won't be ordering from here ever again. After being not to far away in BA shocking service

My wife today(Wednesday) ordered a chicken kebab. Meat tasted funny, sour and odd flavour like old chicken. Other food was ok. This was the last time we had food from here.
