My experience was a good one today. Mya was very pleasant and helpful with me being a first time customer. I didn’t know what to choose for my meal and she made my choice easy. I also recommended to someone else who was sitting nearby and asked where I got the food from

I was hoping this place was yummier than their competitors next door (wish i went to them instead) . Service was slow and workers looked miserable. Me and my mum ordered a kofte plate and falafels to share totalling to around £30 with drinks and all. Food was so dry - limited sauce was given. Salad wasnt fresh?? I was wondering how on earth the cook or store things. Honestly wish we didnt spend our money we ended up leaving all our food. I was appalled id never had such dry falafels which tasted microwaved and unseasoned unwashed salad before. I highly recommend staying away. Only reason they get 1 star is for presentation otherwise wouldve been a 0.

Had a wonderful lunch here while shopping at Westfield! We ordered the chicken and green olive tagine and the mixed grill, and both dishes were absolutely fantastic. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, packed with vibrant flavors, and the portion sizes were very generous, we left completely satisfied. A special shoutout to our server, Maya, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our meal. Great food and wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be back!

The staff were friendly, offered a sample so I could make the best choice in terms of fresh juice havibg tried a couple options previously. I asked for additional pickles, prompt service with with professional attitudes. Really lovely to be greeted wth smiles and askrd how I was. Compoir Westfield is first choice my go to, excellent customer service which is consistent and generous portions. Food is nutrious, rich in flavour and delicious.

Never recommend! Rude rude very rude staff. Yesterday 21st feb evening One lady staff being very rude to me. So after I ordered i was waiting for my food. In front of me the black dressed lady was taking ages to make the tray. I noticed my wrapped was ready and cut at the back. So I nicely asked is It lamb done wrap? The guy said yes it's yours. I said if it's ready then please pass it to me I'm on my break. But that evil lady was showing her eyes and asking me what do you mean? You can't do this. I will serve these 3tray first then your. Then I replied you can't show me your eyes. I'm not a tourist with no English that you'll do whatever you like. My food is ready there. I didn't pay £13.95 for a cold food. Then she made a wicked face and then she just put the food on plate and tell me take it. Seriously? This is how your customer service is? No thanks nothing her word was so so rude that she just told me take it. Was it free food she was giving me? Other staffs were looking at her but they didn't say any single word. In the picture that guy is standing with her. He saw everything but said nothing. I don't know how did you get so much nice reviews with this types of customer service. I doubt something is fishy. Never recommend this place where staff behaves like scoundrel. She is so so ugly rude that I couldn't even enjoy my food for her. I would request to authorities to check on this old lady with young girls outfit and take action. Send her to do some dishes that might work!
