Focaccia Mia Chelsea

An absolute masterclass in sandwich-making at Focaccia Mia. I went for the Chicken Parm (which is a huge plus being fully halal), and it completely blew me away. From the first bite, the star of the show is the bread their signature rosemary and sea salt focaccia is baked to absolute perfection, offering a gorgeous golden crust with an airy, pillowy interior that holds up brilliantly against the heavy fillings without getting soggy. Inside, you get a massive, perfectly fried panko chicken cutlet that stays juicy and crisp, smothered in a rich 6-hour slow-cooked tomato sauce that brings deep, sweet, and savory notes. Layered with melted mozzarella and finished with an indulgent, snow-like dusting of fresh parmesan and pecorino, it’s decadent, comforting, and packed with flavor. Just a heads up even with drinks included, will be less than £15. Enormously generous price! The spot itself has a great, focused artisanal vibe, and the quality of ingredients really shines through. If you are anywhere near Poyser Street, skipping this place is a mistake. Easily one of the best sandwich experiences in London!

I love trying new lunch spots around Chelsea for work, and Focaccia Mia is definitely one I’ll be coming back to! I popped in yesterday after seeing it had only been open for a couple of weeks. There’s loads of choice on the menu, and a colleague and I ordered two different focaccias to share. They’re cut into halves, so it was really easy to share and try both. The portions are so generous that I saved my second half for today’s lunch, and it was just as fresh and delicious as it was yesterday. The staff (we were there at around 1pm yesterday ) were amazing, friendly, welcoming and attentive. They also have air con, which was a lifesaver in this heat! We’ll definitely be back regularly. 100% recommend! ❤️✨

Amazing food, just in the right place when going to the park. Good choice and food that is easily enjoyed by children (like mini pizza!)

Great sandwichs at reasonable prices. Excellent service. The chimichurri steak, parmigia and the mushroom sandwichs were fantastic. One sandwich is realy filling. Definitely worth trying
