Pros: - juicy meat - large portion size -great value for money - lovely chilli sauce and wrap Cons - would prefer salad in wraps to be diced into cubes size - no option to add garlic sauce and chilli sauce inside wrap - chunks of meat not even in size

This was my 4th or 5th visit, and unfortunately I never received a warm welcome from the staff. Every time I go, I seem to be charged a different price, and on my last visit the price was much higher than what I had paid before. When I opened the takeaway box, the chips and yaprak döner were swimming in oil. After eating the yaprak döner, I felt unwell, which was very disappointing. The inconsistency in pricing, lack of customer service, and poor food quality on my last visit mean I won't be returning. I would advise others to avoid this place as there are much better options available. ⭐☆☆☆☆

INSANELY good. Literally live seconds from here but today was the first time I tried it. Got the mixed doner kebab. The meat was so nicely flavoured and cooked, the rice was lovely, the hummus was nice and the bread was so fluffy. Literally not one complaint, best kebab I’ve ever had. Staff were nice too.

Delicious food and a lovely atmosphere! The staff were very welcoming, and I had a great experience. A special thank you to the Bangladeshi guy working there — he was very honest, loyal, and polite. I accidentally forgot my phone at the restaurant, and he safely kept it for me until I came back to collect it. Really appreciate his kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I had the lamb doner at Pinar Grill and it was absolutely amazing! The salad was fresh and the chilli sauce was honestly the best I’ve ever had. The service was fast and everything was very clean. The staff and the owner were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
