The Grill Master

Like the rest went to the fishmonger just down the market. Got the stuff handed it over. I was charged £15 for 1.5kg of sea food. Fine that was not tge issue. £5 for salad and chips. £12.50 for Chicken and potatoes.£32.50 should have been the total amount. I got charged £35.00. Realised when got back home checked the spending for the day. Shepherds Bush market a great hype not worth it. DON'T BOTHER. waste of time and money.

I had a very disappointing experience at Grill Master in Shepherd’s Bush. The owner or manager’s attitude towards customers was unacceptable. While I was there, I saw a customer politely ask for some sauce and what was included in it, but the way he responded was rude and disrespectful. Everyone is paying for their food, so customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy. Throughout my visit, he was constantly speaking to customers and staff in a harsh, commanding manner. It was obvious that the staff were afraid of him, and the atmosphere in the restaurant felt very uncomfortable. If you want to see what I mean, just spend 15 minutes in the restaurant when he is there and observe how he speaks to people. You will understand why I felt so disappointed. Good food should come with good customer service, and unfortunately that was completely lacking during my visit. I won’t be returning, and I hope the management takes customer service more seriously in the future.

The owner amazing guy cooked food to perfection couldn’t do enough to help you before during and after highly recommend.. falafel nice chips great aubergine great fish and seafood cooked from brothers & cousins done to perfection little touches like the gloves take away box after was amazing helping the experience

Thought I’d try getting the fresh fish from a few shops down and have the Grill master do his thing, it costs £10 per kilo and it should come with chips and salad. The owner confirmed it. I got my fish then the owner told me it doesn’t come with chips and salad. Only to watch another customer do exactly as I did and got his chips and salad. How he decides who gets the standard service and who gets short changed, I don’t know. But I’ve concluded the owner is not consistent, miserable and not so honest. The fish was nice but the service was very disappointing. Was not worth the travel on this occasion.

amazing service and great food. The falafel was great and they cooked our prawns to perfection. Highly recommend
