5/5 stars We hired the downstairs function room at The Black Bull Pub for an 18th birthday party, and it was a fantastic choice! The venue overall is great and very reasonably priced to hire. The DJ kept the energy up all night, and the service from the staff was top notch throughout. Highly recommend if you are looking to host an event here!
Absolutely amazing service. Only visited a couple of times since the new owners took over but all the staff are so welcoming and helpful, great food and drinks at a good price and the venue is always clean. I would highly recommend this place to anybody in the area and I will definitely be back.
Can’t speak highly enough of the team at The Black Bull — absolutely fantastic! I hadn’t been in for a while before yesterday, but it’s clear to see that the new landlord and landlady are doing an amazing job. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my best friend’s wedding day special, which really shows how much they care about their customers and the experience they provide. Great atmosphere, brilliant service, and an all-round fantastic day. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing food and great friendly staff- especially Tia who works in the kitchen. She was very cheerful and chatty and went the extra mile to make sure we had the best experience. Will definitely be coming back☺️
Came on Saturday for the charity day and the recent takeover from Kira and her partner, bar service was very quick and the staff was friendly. They had stalls, food trucks and an evening of music and kareoke. The day was brilliant, hopefully more fun days/evenings to come in future weeks. Would 100% recommend
It was great to see the new operators start their tenancy off with a fun day yesterday !! Lots of people enjoying the great atmosphere. An enjoyable afternoon lots of effort put into the day with bouncy castle & face painting for the kids, cake sale and pizza truck. Well done !!!
