Absolutely outstanding🔥🍕 One of the best takeaways I’ve had in Newcastle. The food was fresh, hot, delicious and packed with flavour with generous portions and excellent quality. The staff were friendly and professional the service was quick everything was clean and well presented and the prices and deals are excellent value for money. Everything was honestly 10/10 the food, taste, portions service and quality👌❤️ Definitely my go-to takeaway from now on. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic service and a great delivery driver. They have BOGOFF on Tuesday so made order for 2 large pizzas to Travelodge Newcastle Central. When the order came, I was given one large and one small. I rang this branch and was told by lady over phone you have to specifically order 2 large on their website... Which obviously didn't make sense as to why I would order 1 large and one small when I wanted BOGOFF of the same size. Nonetheless she said she will make me a large one free of charge, which was great to hear. Also the delivery driver went back to collect my order and also gave us the small pizza for free. Absolutely fantastic service. The pizzas were great as well.

I was pretty disappointed with my experience. The pizza had a strange smell, which really threw me off. The dough was poor quality. On top of that, they won’t deliver orders under £15, which basically forces you to buy more food than you actually want or need. Overall, not a great experience and I wouldn’t order from here again.

We ordered a great variety from Caprinos for a group of friends, including the Shawarma Blast, Chicken Tandoori, and Asian Classic halal chicken pizzas, plus a half-and-half Chicken Margherita and Four Cheese, and a vegetarian pizza for our veggie friends. Every pizza was absolutely delicious, and the crust really stood out — easily the best in Newcastle. Everyone loved it, and we’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommended! 🍕

The crust is the ideal balance of crispy on the outside and delightfully soft on the inside, a testament to the artisanal craftsmanship that goes into every pie. The selection of toppings is nothing short of inspired, featuring a medley of fresh, high-quality ingredients that elevate each bite to a taste sensation. The service was exceptional. The staff was not only attentive but genuinely passionate about the food they serve. Their recommendations were spot-on, and it was evident that they take great pride in ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. To top it off, the dessert menu was a sweet finale to an already fantastic meal. I indulged in and it was the perfect ending to an extraordinary culinary adventure.

My pizza was delivered 1 hour and 30 minutes late, and it arrived completely cold. When I called shortly before the delivery, instead of apologising, the staff member told me,That’s fine, just cancel the order then. I only left this review today because this is the third time this has happened to me. After today’s experience, I won’t be ordering from here again.

Finally, a decent pizza in the area! I absolutely loved it. It wasn’t too greasy, and the flavors were well-balanced. As an intermediate pizza maker, I have to say the combination I had was absolutely fantastic. Next time, try the Tandoori chicken pizza with mango chutney—OMG!
