Pizza Hut Newport Cardiff Road

Ordered via the app. Two stuffed crusts, one turned up with cheese bites instead of stuffed crust I then contacted the store & spoke to a lovely lady called Sabrina, she had a chat with the manager & explained why that had happened. Thankfully my sister was happy with the cheese bites instead of stuffed crust. Pizza was tasty! & sister also found her new favourite pizza! Thanks guys! & thanks to Sabrina who was very helpful & a pleasure to speak with! Delivery driver was also lovely! Please make sure these two people get a compliment!!

Vin at this Pizza Hut takeaway is fantastic! He’s clearly a master at making pizza, every order comes out perfectly. Beyond the great food, his customer service is next level, genuinely friendly, welcoming, and makes the whole experience better. It’s rare to find someone who takes this much pride in their work. Highly recommend asking for Vin!

30 mins late delivery, pizza was pale like it was undercooked but it tasted like it was made 2 days ago and reheated. Spend the extra few pounds extra for a dominoes. This is not enjoyable. Pizza not even cut properly all the way through, just fell apart trying to tear it.

Vin was really nice employee working there. He really made a delicious pizza and he got the order ready in very less time. Amazing experience oveall.

I waited over 2.5 hours for a pizza order, made on the Pizza Hut App, to be delivered! On my 5th attempt to call the branch to find out what was going on, the Manager came to the phone and said she was short staffed and running all the stations herself. I was told my order would be at least another half an hour! Whilst I sympathise that they are short staffed, waiting 2.5 hours for a local delivery is totally unacceptable! I cancelled the order and requested a full refund!
