We had an excellent meal at the Tynemouth restaurant. Jessica looked after us throughout and her friendly, attentive service really made a difference. The food was outstanding, and the wine pairing was spot on. A lovely touch at dessert acknowledged our wedding anniversary, which we really appreciated. Despite the restaurant being busy, the atmosphere was relaxed, with background music at just the right level. We started with the king prawns and Camembert, followed by the steak sharing platter where everything was cooked to perfection. Overall, another truly memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back.

Had a really enjoyable meal with my Fiancé here last week. We booked quite late but the staff were really attentive, the restaurant was clean, the food was decent. We had a fantastic experience tonight, and a big part of that was thanks to Dan. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at ease straight away. His attentiveness throughout the evening was outstanding—he struck the perfect balance between being present when we needed him and giving us space to enjoy our meal. Dan was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making our experience special. Nothing was too much trouble, and his positive attitude really stood out. The Wagyu steak was the highlight of the evening; it melted in the mouth, cut like butter, and was cooked to absolute perfection exactly as requested—blue and flawless. Every element of the meal was exceptional, and you can really tell the care, skill, and attention that goes into each dish. It was honestly one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. Beautiful food, everything was cooked to perfection. Jack our server was fab. Super helpful and very friendly. We even stayed for dessert (hubby NEVER has dessert) would definitely recommend 😊

The service was absolutely amazing, we had Dan serving us and he was absolutely brilliant. Intact rhat man needs a pay rise. He was lovely, happy and took the time to get to know us. The food however let our experienced down abit, it was lovely but the steak was rare not medium to well how we asked for it. Also the steak even know it was rare was still very chewy. Saying that we ate as much as we could and what we did eat was very nice indeed. Not sure if we would go back as it is very expensive for what it is, however we would go back just for the amazing service. Thank you very much Dan! 👏

Myself and my partner came tonight to celebrate his 30th birthday, I cannot begin to say how much of an amazing time we had. Food was absolutely outstanding! Service was above and beyond - Alix was our server and she was brilliant always making sure our glasses were full and food was good. Thank you to each and everyone of the team.
